About Heather Hill, MSS, LCSW

I work with adolescent girls and women navigating anxiety, attention challenges, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and the lingering effects of past experiences. My approach combines relational therapy with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been overwhelming, find ways to feel more grounded, and help you reconnect with your confidence and inner calm.
Clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, and easy to talk to, with just enough humor to help ease into the hard stuff. I don’t believe therapy has to be heavy all the time; sometimes laughter is part of the healing, too.
I’m an explorer at heart. In therapy, that means we go to the places you may have been avoiding, the ones that feel uncomfortable or tender but hold your deepest truth. Those places are often where the real healing begins. My role is to help you feel safe enough to go there, at your own pace, and to remind you that you don’t have to do it alone. I believe you can do this.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
